- Guests are encouraged to bring 1 to 2 unused and undamaged items^ upon check-in. After basic assessment by staff, these items will be collected. Guests can then freely exchange their items for others based on the item’s rating.
- Hotel will periodically donate suitable items to local welfare organizations or individuals in need.

Items are graded as A or B
- A Grade – Brand new and unused items; can be exchanged for 1 A-grade item or 2 B-grade items
- B Grade – Opened or slightly used items; can be exchanged for 2 B-grade items
